NMCT - HOPE - COIMBATORE

Conducted Deepawali program and Get together program for HOPE beneficiaries on 15.10.2017 at Tirupur Seva Samithi. We have celebrated the 2017 Deepawali with family members and childrens of HOPE project with new cloth and sweets. Stakeholders from different organisation like Lions Club international 324B1, Tirupur Seva Samithi, Positive people Networks, DAPCU- Coimbatore and Industrial owners. It was wonderful program. 

Positive Home Care training was organised in the HOPE project on 12.10.2017 at HOPE office. Mrs.Jenitha,Counsellor was the resource person for the training. The participants were oriented about how to take care of the beneficiaries in their home like importance of ART medicines and treating the beneficiary without stigma and discrimination. 

During October 2017, we have conducted the self care & hygiene training to the beneficiaries of HOPE project on 11.10.2017 by Mr.D.Selvadevan, Project Manager and Mrs.Kumari, Social Worker of HOPE project at HOPE office. 56 Beneficiaries were participated in the training and they were trained on Importance of regular intake of ART, benefits of cleanses and importance of nutrition food intake and regular exercise. At end of the training the beneficiaries were felt very happy about the training. 

Conducted Block Level Federation meeting at Karamadai KCC for Annur on 25th and Karamadai on 10th, Thudiyalur KCC for Periyanaickenpalayam on 24th and Sarkarsamakulam on 26th, Sulur KCC for Sulur and Sulthanpet Blocks on 12th, Karumbukadai KCC for Madukarai on 11th and Thondamuthur Blocks on 28th. The meeting was conducted by the social workers of HOPE project in all Blocks. 188 Beneficiaries were participated in the BLF Meetings.

We have conducted the Sensitization meeting for teachers at Sarkasamkulam and Thondamuthur Blocks on 10.10.2017 & 13.10.2017. 48 teachers were participated in the meeting and Mrs.M.Sudha, and Mrs.Umadevi, Social Workers, NMCT-HOPE Project was the resource person for these meetings.
